WallAlong House Wedding

Cin & Vic

Iโ€™m not going to say weddings are a culmination of your life up until that point, because they certainly are not.

What they are (..or at least can be) is a reflection.

If so, what was this a reflection of?

How, not to sound cliched, but simply loved these two are. By so many, and so intimately. Which says a lot about each of them. About the things they value. About their community. About the ways in which they have lived their lives. The choices theyโ€™ve make. The investments they make into people and relationships. Where they put their energy. It was a reflection of ALL the love in their lives, not just the one that they share.

Cin and Vic are the kind of people that, it strike me, probably assume the best of people and see everyone they come across is a potential friend, every scenario as one they will be welcomed into - and so, ironically, they are. Does that mean they maybe get burned once in a while? Maybe. It also means they are surrounded by gargantuan amounts of people that love and see and hold space for them. If a wedding day is a chance to be uplifted by your community these two could have been (and at some points almost where, literally) sent into the stratosphere.

Some days - thanks to the people - are simply a joy, and make shooting 9 hours in 95% humidity seem like the only thing worth doing with your day.

Cin and Vic, on a balmy summers day, celebrating all the love in their lives and then throwing one hell of a party.

Enjoy
