Teaghan & Nick

KITTYHAWK WEDDING

A rockabilly aesthetic with a country soul. Thats how I’d describe these two. Suave and stylin’ but with hearts of gold and a penchant for story (he’s a writer after all).

Speaking of story - theirs is long and rich. They first started dating when they were fourteen. It lasted only a short while, as these things do, but they stayed the best of friends until a couple of years later, when they got back together.

That was over a decade ago. This was back when exam results were still a thing, when screamo was in its heyday. It’s clear the intervening years of support and entanglement and the ups and downs of life have caused them to have had a huge mutual impact on one another. These are, most say, some of the most formative years of your life. How could spending that long and loving and supporting and being loved and supported by someone not change you indelibly?

And so it led to this. A moody Autumn day. More bolo ties and stetsons than you can poke a stick at (sidebar, bolo ties are sick). Promises exchanged infront of all those they care about (and some mutual tears shed in the process). Some cracking food and drinks courtesy of kittyhawk, and a raucous party care of The Sweet Jelly Rolls. Dolly even made an appearance.

Enjoy
