This day almost didn’t happen. Sas and Nick’s original venue cancelled on them a few months out and they had to re-organise everything at the drop of a hat. Everything worked out for the best, however, as I honestly don’t see how it could have been any better or more joyous (spoiler alert - Sas had the world’s most infectious grin spread across her face the entire day).

These two originally met on the dance-floor of that that bastion of extremely loud, extremely underground music establishment, Chinese Laundry, and quickly hit it off. A first date ensued where Nick panic ordered a salad for dinner, something Sas wasn’t impressed with, but the rest, as they say, is history. These two were clearly intoxicatingly elated to get married - even in our emails in the weeks proceeding Nick repeatedly said how excited he was to finally marry Saskia.

A few moments to look out for

  • Sas’ expression when Nick dips her almost to the ground on the dancefloor

  • Lots of big embraces after the ceremony

  • Nick and Sas absolutely losing it as one of their mates runs around them with a smokebomb

  • …and again when Nick does an impression of Sas dancing as she drives

  • In general, Sas looking radiant all day.
