These two met on a university library tour of all places. She thought he was cute, but not overtly friendly and promptly forgot his name. Luckily he managed to recover.

And so, 7 years later, here they are. A tea ceremony kicked off the day where Mel wore a dress worn by her grandmother, mother, and sister at their weddings in a nod to tradition, and then the festivities continued at the always beautiful Audley Dance Hall.

A few moments to look out for

  • Mel’s mum and best mates seeing her dressed for the first time. And her dad for that matter.

  • …and Matt and the boys too

  • A little dude not having a great time

  • Lots of big embraces after the ceremony, and during the family photos

  • The enormous grin on Mel’s face all day

  • A few little kids running rampant during the speeches
